Jeremy Hurwitz oversees the commercial program for Tricon Residential’s Canadian mixed-use portfolio, including strategy, placemaking, leasing, ground-floor activation, and design for all commercial components. Jeremy works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and execute short- and long-term strategies that create amenity-driven tenant mixes and support the successful delivery of project business plans. He is actively involved in all aspects of the commercial program, including development, construction, and asset management.
Jeremy brings over 10 years of experience managing diverse commercial assets. Prior to joining Tricon in 2022, he was Director of Retail Leasing at RioCan REIT, where he oversaw a portfolio exceeding 3 million square feet.
Jeremy holds an Honours Specialization in Political Science from Western University and is an active senior member of the International Council of Shopping Centres.
