Wade McNair is responsible for leading Tricon Residential’s Organizational and Talent Development function. In this role, he oversees Organizational Development, Talent Management, Talent Development, and the Employee Experience, with a focus on creating workplaces where individuals are empowered to thrive and contribute authentically.
Wade brings more than 20 years of experience in organizational development, culture shaping, leadership and learning, corporate communications, talent management, and global change management across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, technology, finance, manufacturing, oil and gas, and retail.
Prior to joining Tricon, Wade held senior leadership roles in human capital, change management, and organizational effectiveness. He is also a dedicated coach and educator, committed to developing future leaders and giving back to his community through teaching and mentorship.
Wade holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, and a Doctorate in Organizational Management and Change.
