Tricon Broker Portal – USA
By accessing this website and any linked or associated webpages (this “Tricon Broker Portal”) you agree to the following terms and conditions:
You represent, warrant and covenant that (i) at each time you access this Tricon Broker Portal, you hold a valid real estate agent’s or broker’s license which shall be a condition to your continued access to this Tricon Broker Portal, (ii) at each time you represent any prospective resident of a property listed on this Tricon Broker Portal (each a “Property”) you hold a valid real estate agent’s or broker’s license as required under the applicable laws and regulations of the state where the Property is located to permit you to receive a commission for the leasing of such Property, (iii) you will not use any information contained in this Tricon Broker Portal for a competitive purpose or to share such information with any other party, (iv) you will not share any log-in information or credentials with any other party, and (v) you will only provide your business email address when creating login credentials for the Tricon Broker Portal.
All offers for commissions are subject to availability, and only Properties appearing on the Tricon Broker Portal at the time of a Qualified Transaction are eligible. A “Qualified Transaction” is the lease of a Property satisfying each of the following requirements: (a) the tenant is a new, qualifying applicant who identified you as their real estate agent or broker on their rental application for the Property; (b) the tenant moves-in by the date specified in the Property listing details, if any, shown on the Tricon Broker Portal; (c) the lease is for a minimum term of 12 months (13-months for California properties); and (d) the tenant resides at the Property for at least 30 days.
Commissions based on a percentage of monthly rent will be calculated based on base rent, only (as defined in the lease). Commission payments are made by check payable to the licensed real estate broker, after the referred client has resided in the home for 30 days. Eligible brokers must provide Tricon with payee information, a completed W9, and may be asked to provide additional information before payment can be issued. Commission offers may not be combined with any other offers, and may be modified or cancelled at any time in the sole discretion of Tricon.
Tricon reserves the right to update the terms hereof in its sole discretion, with or without notice. Your access to the Tricon Broker Portal may be limited or revoked in Tricon’s sole discretion.
