  • HEALTH BENEFITS

    Our robust medical, dental and vision plans cover the whole family. Life happens, and we want to ensure that you have the best options to fit your circumstances.

  • RETIREMENT

    We encourage you to save for retirement and invest in your future. We’ll match your contributions dollar-for-dollar for up to 3% of your salary, and add a $0.50 per dollar match on the next 2%.

  • PAID TIME OFF

    To help encourage you to maintain a positive work-life balance, we offer 10 paid vacation days to start, 9 paid holidays plus the week between Christmas and New Year’s and 8 sick days. We also allow for additional time off for employees between the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.

  • FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS

    Our benefit plan allows for pre-tax savings in flex spending accounts for dependent-care and qualified health-care expenses.

  • EMPLOYER PAID LIFE AND AD&D INSURANCE

    Your family is a priority for you, so it’s a priority for us. When you work here, you’re covered with basic life and AD&D of 1x salary, up to a maximum of $250,000.

  • RENTAL DISCOUNT

    If you rent certain Tricon Residential properties as your primary residence, you’re eligible for a 10% discount. We offer homes in over 18 metropolitan areas.

  • EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

    We understand that you and your family members might experience personal or work-related challenges. Through our EAP, you have access to resources and counseling that are fully confidential and offered at no cost.

  • EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS

    We take a great deal of pride in our recruitment and selection process, and find that the best candidates are often referred by our own employees. We offer referral bonuses for hires at all levels of the organization. We value building a strong and vibrant culture.

  • GIVING BACK

    You’ll receive 8 hours of paid time per calendar year that you can use for volunteering activities. Our mission is to enrich the lives of others and we believe that begins with giving back.

  • DISABILITY INSURANCE

    You’re covered under long-term and short-term disability insurance provided by the employer.

  • PET INSURANCE

    Pets are good for our health and our hearts, and they rely on us for love and care. We offer pet insurance designed to cover those unexpected accidents and illnesses that can take you by surprise – and result in an expensive vet bill.

  • VOLUNTARY LIFE AND AD&D INSURANCE

    We want to protect you financially should the unthinkable happen. So whatever stage of life you’re in, we provide life insurance to protect your loved ones. You have the option to add voluntary life and AD&D insurance for yourself, your spouse and your children.

  • LEGAL SHIELD

    Legal Shield provides affordable legal representation and advice on a range of issues.

  • ID SHIELD

    50% of people experience a form of identity theft and it can cost hundreds of dollars to resolve. ID Shield offers protection, scanning and monitoring to keep you abreast of any changes to your credit.

  • CRITICAL ILLNESS INSURANCE

    Critical Illness insurance provides coverage for medical emergencies like heart attack, stroke, or cancer. The policy pays you cash directly to help cover medical and other personal expenses you may incur while ill.

  • ACCIDENT INSURANCE

    Accidents happen when you least expect them. Accident insurance can be a safety net to help cover medical and non-medical expenses that accompany an accident. The policy pays a cash amount depending on the type of accident.

  • COMMUTER BENEFITS

    If you commute to work via public transportation, you may want to take advantage of the Commuter Benefits FSA. The pre-tax funds you put into the account can be used to cover qualified transit passes, vanpooling, payments for transportation in a commuter highway vehicle and qualified parking costs.

  • HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT

    If you enroll in the medical high deductible health plan, you can elect the health savings account. The health savings account allows you to save pre-tax funds to use towards your qualified medical, dental and vision expenses.
