RETIREMENT
We encourage you to save for retirement and invest in your future. We’ll match your contributions dollar-for-dollar for up to 3% of your salary, and add a $0.50 per dollar match on the next 2%.
PAID TIME OFF
To help encourage you to maintain a positive work-life balance, we offer 10 paid vacation days to start, 10 paid holidays plus the week between Christmas and New Year’s and 8 wellness days.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS
Our benefit plan allows for pre-tax savings in flex spending accounts for dependent-care and qualified health-care expenses.
EMPLOYER PAID LIFE AND AD&D INSURANCE
Your family is a priority for you, so it’s a priority for us. When you work here, you’re covered with basic life and AD&D of 1x salary, up to a maximum of $1,000,000.
RENTAL DISCOUNT
If you rent certain Tricon Residential properties as your primary residence, you’re eligible for a 10% discount. We offer homes in over 18 metropolitan areas.
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS

Legal Shield provides affordable legal representation and advice on a range of issues.
ID SHIELD
50% of people experience a form of identity theft and it can cost hundreds of dollars to resolve. ID Shield offers protection, scanning and monitoring to keep you abreast of any changes to your credit.
CRITICAL ILLNESS INSURANCE
Critical Illness insurance provides coverage for medical emergencies like heart attack, stroke, or cancer. The policy pays you cash directly to help cover medical and other personal expenses you may incur while ill.
ACCIDENT INSURANCE
Accidents happen when you least expect them. Accident insurance can be a safety net to help cover medical and non-medical expenses that accompany an accident. The policy pays a cash amount depending on the type of accident.
COMMUTER BENEFITS
If you commute to work via public transportation, you may want to take advantage of the Commuter Benefits FSA. The pre-tax funds you put into the account can be used to cover qualified transit passes, vanpooling, payments for transportation in a commuter highway vehicle and qualified parking costs.
HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT
If you enroll in the medical high deductible health plan, you can elect the health savings account. The health savings account allows you to save pre-tax funds to use towards your qualified medical, dental and vision expenses.
MEDICAL TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT – Get support for medically necessary travel through our Lifestyle Spending Account program, ensuring access to the care you need, even if it’s outside your local area. We are proud to partner with Wex Health, allowing you and your covered dependents access to a $5,000 lifetime fund that you can use to cover out-of-pocket travel costs related to accessing medical care that is unavailable to you locally.
HOSPITAL INDEMNITY – Hospital indemnity insurance can offer financial support to you or your family for an unforeseen large expense or during an emergency and help keep your family’s finances on track. Hospital indemnity insurance supplements your existing health insurance coverage by helping pay expenses for hospital stays.
