NLX-Specific Terms and Services
Tricon utilities a third party, NLX, to manage certain calls made to the Tricon Residential call center. NLX conversational AI responds to questions from current and prospective Tricon residents by providing them with an option to either speak to a Tricon team member, or to consent to receive automated text messages. If the caller consents to receive automated text messages, a text containing a link to start a multi-module conversation will be sent to the phone number used by the caller. The frequency of text messages may vary for the duration of your call. Callers who consent to text messaging can opt out of receiving future text communications by replying ‘STOP’ or another word synonymous with the word ‘STOP’. Once opted-out, no new messages will be sent to that phone number unless the caller provides consent again.
For callers who consent to receive text messages, Tricon nor Carriers guarantee that text messages will be delivered and disclaims any and all liability for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. The collection, use, and disclosure of current and prospective Tricon residents’ personal information is governed by Tricon’s Privacy policy.
