Alan O’Brien is responsible for oversight of Tricon Residential’s property management business, including leasing, maintenance, call center operations and customer service. Alan is a thought leader in process improvement and efficiency through innovation and the employment of technology.
Prior to joining Tricon in 2014, Alan worked at a variety of boutique real estate investment companies, including 29th Street Capital, which formed a partnership with Tricon in 2012 to purchase and manage single-family rental homes in California. He also previously worked at Ericsson in the telecommunications engineering field. Alan is Chair of the Operations Committee of the National Rental Home Council.
Alan received his secondary and university education in Ireland and has a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering degree from the University of Limerick.
