Armando Arauz is responsible for the strategic marketing of Tricon’s multi-family apartment properties. In this role, he oversees property branding and creative, go-to-market leasing campaigns, and lead generation strategies across digital and traditional platforms. In addition, he leads portfolio-wide marketing campaigns that establish the Tricon brand to consumers in the Canadian marketplace. 

Prior to Tricon, Armando held senior marketing roles at Rhapsody and oversaw the successful launch and lease up of 10+ new purpose-built rental apartments in Toronto, Calgary, and Edmonton.  

Armando holds a Bachelor of Philosophy from St. Philip’s Seminary and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Digital Media Marketing from George Brown College.
