Danny Park is responsible for providing legal, compliance and strategic risk management support to Tricon Residential, focusing on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial contracts and related compliance matters.
Danny brings an extensive background providing commercial and residential real estate counsel on transactional, regulatory and litigation matters. Prior to joining Tricon, Danny served as the Director and Assistant General Counsel at CIT Bank, supporting the bank’s commercial mortgage lending platforms. Danny also worked at the law firms of Sidley Austin LLP and Alston & Bird LLP, where he represented lenders, investors and developers in the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of all asset types nationwide.
Danny has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California Davis, King Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Princeton University.
