Julie Burdick is focused on driving strategic growth and spearheading major operational initiatives across Tricon’s rental housing platforms. She also sources and leads a variety of acquisition opportunities in the U.S.
Since joining Tricon in 2018, Julie played a significant role in the acquisition, investment management, and disposition of Tricon’s U.S. multi-family business. Prior to joining Tricon, Julie was a Vice President at Shorenstein Properties, overseeing the acquisition, planning, and development of apartments in Northern California and New York. Julie also worked in investment sales in Eastdil Secured’s San Francisco office, and in acquisitions and asset management with Crow Holdings in Dallas, where her portfolio included multi-family assets and master-planned communities.
Julie has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Julie is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
