Kevin Baldridge serves as Vice Chairman of Tricon Residential, where he focuses on resident experience initiatives, strategic oversight of Toronto multi-family operations, and oversight of Tricon’s Resident Emergency Fund. In this role, he provides strategic counsel on key business decisions and supports external stakeholder engagement.
As Chief Operating Officer from 2015 to 2025, Kevin transformed Tricon’s operational infrastructure and scaled the platform from approximately 6,000 to 65,000 single-family rental homes. As the visionary behind Tricon’s “People First” corporate philosophy, he established operational excellence that distinguishes the company as an industry leader in the residential rental sector. Kevin oversaw all operating activities, including marketing, asset management and information technology.
Prior to joining Tricon, Kevin was President of Irvine Company Apartment Communities, where he was responsible for overseeing all property operations, asset management and acquisitions. Kevin is a board member of the National Rental Home Council, as well as its former President. He has also held board positions on the National Multifamily Housing Council, the California Apartment Association, Serving People in Need and JSerra High School.
Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the London School of Economics.
