Kim Ciabattoni is responsible for providing legal, compliance, and strategic risk management support to Tricon Residential, with a focus on operational matters in the single- and multi-family rental business.
Kim brings more than fifteen years of experience to Tricon, with a strong background in litigation, regulatory, and operational matters in the real estate sector. Before joining Tricon, Kim served as Senior Housing Counsel at Healthpeak, Inc., where she was responsible for advising on and overseeing all legal aspects of its senior housing portfolio. Prior to that, Kim was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at the Irvine Company, where she was responsible for providing overall legal and compliance support to the Apartment Communities team. Kim began her legal career as a real estate litigator at Kimball, Tirey & St. John, LLP in Los Angeles and Irvine. She is a member and former co-chair of the Orange County Bar Association’s Community Outreach Committee.
Kim has a Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Chapman University.
