Kim Ciabattoni is responsible for providing legal, compliance and strategic risk management support to Tricon Residential, with a primary focus on operational matters in the single-family rental business.
Kim brings more than ten years of experience to Tricon, with a strong background in transactional, regulatory and litigation matters in the residential real estate sector. Before joining Tricon, Kim served as Senior Housing Counsel at Healthpeak, Inc., where she was responsible for advising on and overseeing all legal aspects of its seniors’ housing portfolio. Prior to that, Kim was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at the Irvine Company, where she was responsible for providing overall legal support to the Apartment Communities team. Kim began her legal career as a real estate litigator at Kimball, Tirey & St. John, LLP in Los Angeles and Irvine.
Kim has a Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Chapman University.
