We are delighted to announce the graduation of the inaugural class from the Tricon Academy Manager Development Program (TAMDP). Over the past six months, these exemplary individuals, nominated by their leaders for their potential and dedication, have undergone a rigorous and enriching journey focused on enhancing their leadership capabilities.
The TAMDP was designed to empower our leaders and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within Tricon. Throughout the program, each participant engaged in intensive training sessions, practical projects, and leadership forums to develop their strategic thinking, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
