After seven years in their beloved Tricon home, the dream of owning their own home became a reality for Dennis, a former Tricon resident and current team member, and his wife Nameica. They reflect on their heartfelt journey to homeownership, blending the joy of reaching their goal with the nostalgia of leaving behind a place filled with cherished memories.

Relocating to the South, their intention was clear: find a place their children can call home. What they discovered was a community. From neighbors who became friends to joyful celebrations with loved ones, their Tricon home provided more than just a place to live—it      was a place to create lasting memories. “This Tricon home definitely gave me a sense of community,” Dennis fondly recalls.

Residents who have been a part of the Tricon community for 5 years or more are eligible to receive $5,000 toward the downpayment of any U.S. home.
