It is important to ensure that your current home is in good condition and meets these criteria to proceed with the move within the portfolio.
Once the inspection is completed and your current home is approved by Tricon, you will be able to proceed with the process of moving to your new home within the portfolio. Tricon will provide you with the necessary information and assistance to make this transition as smooth as possible.
