Tricon Menifee is One of Five Tricon Communities Adding Nearly 1,000 New Homes in 2024
On Thursday, June 28th, Tricon Residential celebrated the grand opening of Tricon Menifee, a collection of 303 build-to-rent (BTR) homes in Menifee, California, alongside partners, residents, local leaders, and real estate professionals. At a time when communities across the United States are experiencing a critical need for more diverse, high-quality housing options, Tricon Menifee, one of five new Tricon communities opening this summer, will offer more families access to newly constructed, professionally managed homes in great neighborhoods.
“Access to quality housing in neighborhoods located near employment opportunities and excellent schools is crucial,” said Menifee Mayor Bill Zimmerman. “Tricon Menifee will enable more families to move into brand-new homes with state-of-the-art amenities in our beautiful city and will enhance the variety of high-quality housing options in Riverside County.”
Tricon Menifee will be operated by Tricon Residential. Residents can expect best-in-class housing services that include on-the-ground support, innovative technologies, and sought-after amenities. The project developer is Foremost Pacific Group, and the general contractor is Woodbridge Pacific Group.
Located in Riverside County at 28146 Cookhouse Ln., Menifee, CA, Tricon Menifee features ten thoughtfully designed floor plans with an open concept, offering three- and four-bedroom options, state-of-the-art technology, and amenities, including a community pool, spa, clubhouse, tot lot, dog park, fitness center, and BBQ area.
