If your selected home includes a washer and dryer, you will enjoy the ease of maintenance-free appliances provided by Tricon Residential. Throughout your lease term, you can choose to store or sell the appliances you currently own.
What happens if my Tricon provided washer and dryer break or need repairs?
If your appliances do not function as expected, you may enter a maintenance request and our team will facilitate a quick repair or replacement of the appliances.
